Jasmine oil has a sweet-smelling floral aroma that is extracted from flowers of the jasmine plant. Inhaling it is said to improve your mood, anxiety, sleep, nausea, and pain. Unlike some other oils used for anxiety, jasmine oil is thought to calm the nervous system without causing sleepiness.
